NEW WAYS TO BE INVOLVED TO KEEP YOU SAFE
As part of our commitment to ensuring you have a super fun and safe time on the Trail this year, we've developed some new elements to Garage Sale Trail that you can do matter what restrictions are in place where you live.
Here's how you can get involved:
Join an online masterclass
Already decluttered or got enough stuff? Fear not, you can still get involved. We’ve teamed up with some of Australia’s most stylist sustainability experts to bring you a series of online masterclasses that will have you farewelling fast fashion forever. Learn how to style, mend and shop secondhand, all in under an hour. View events and register here.
Stay indoors and host a virtual garage sale
Still in lockdown, got a scratchy throat or simply don’t want to get out of your PJs and fluffy rabbit slippers? Jump on the bandwagon that's sweeping across Asia and the USA and host a virtual garage sale. We show you how you can sell your stuff by livestreaming from home on Facebook or Instagram. We provide a toolkit and all the how-tos you need. Find out more.
Host a Covid-safe real life garage sale
Your safety on the Trail is our #1 priority so follow our Covid-safe checklist to keep you, your neighbours and wider community safe if you’re planning to get out and about to the thousands of garage sales that will happen across the country on 21 & 22 November. Read our Covid-safe checklist here.
